The Argentine Ministry of Transport issued the Resolution No. 226/2023, published on the Official Gazette on April 20th, 2023, which authorizes the call for a National Public Bidding for the CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAGDALENA CANAL, from the progressive distance of 143.074 kilometers of the PUNTA INDIO CANAL, EL CODILLO, to the 11 meters isobath – RIO DE LA PLATA – ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. This public work shall be carried out under Law No. 13,064, by lump-sum contract, with an official budget of ARGENTINE PESOS FORTY BILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE WITH 08/100 ($40,421,572,953.08), VAT included.
