Our founding partner, Dr. María Belén Espiñeira, had the honour of participating in the SNIPit3 Live Conference – Webinar on Maritime Casualties, Investigations and Liabilities, sharing the panel with outstanding colleagues from around the globe: Fuzet Farid, Tunji Adeyemi, and Lucas Leite Marques.
During the session, they explored how major maritime incidents are addressed across different jurisdictions — from the immediate response and official investigations to liability, limitation of liability, and direct actions against P&I Clubs.
Dr. Espiñeira contributed the South American and Argentine legal perspective, enriching the discussion alongside highly knowledgeable professionals.
